I’ve been seeing Dr. Vickery for over 5 years. He has always listened to to me and helped me to feel my healthiest. I highly recommend!

My children have been taking allergy shots here for more than 2 years. Dr Vickery is professional and nice. However, the shot nurses and billing department are horrible. I have communicated to the nurses numerous times to stop order of new serums, but nobody takes note of it, and we ended up with 2 new bottles. They later offered to send the serum back without clarifying that we would still be billed for it nor make a note in their system. When the bill came, I explained to billing that the serum was not used and returned, but they argued that there was no proofs that it was returned. When I tried to call the office and the billing department again to verify the matter, my call was never returned. The billing department is the worst! It was impossible to get information nor speak to somebody who are willing to help to resolve this matter. I am now stuck with $700 bill for serums that my children never received or used!

I told the doctor that my son had granuloma annulare. I was there to see if there was something that he was allergic to that was causing it. Because I have had it all my life. He starts laughing and said who told you that's what it was. I said me because I had it my whole life. He gives me a prescription for a cream and says I'm going to give you the prescription because I already started writing it you can do whatever you want with it I don't care. He then said that he couldn't do the allergy test because of the granuloma annulare. Which led me back to square one.
