They will withhold prescriptions until you make a yearly visit instead of treating you like an adult and asking you to come in. There's a much better way to do this instead of putting the patient through discomfort and treating you like a toddler.

Recently I was seen at Avail Dermatology. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient. On my first visit, I was seen by Buchi Neita. She was definitely rushed when I met with her, but that did not keep her from being a good listener. After hearing me explain my problem, she was quick to offer a solution. She removed a spot on my arm and sent it in for a biopsy. Less than a week later, I was told that the place on my arm was cancerous and needed to be removed. For the cancer removal, I met with Dr. Jill Buckthal Mccuin. Dr. Buckthal Mccuin explained the situation thoroughly and gave me clear options. She was professional, friendly, and compassionate. She removed the cancer, and I had very little discomfort. I would highly recommend both Buchi Neita and Dr. Jill Buckthal Mccuin.

New patient who had a great experience. I went in to have a cyst checked out, Allaina was able to assess and remove it on the same day. Minimal time, minimal pain, satisfactory results. Thanks!
