What stood out to me was I was left out in the waiting area for 4 hours on yesterday, June 22nd, then another hour and a half later in the Doctors room in back. To be told you will not be seen once Dr Vickery was finally in the room is Ridiculous, Unprofessional and Lazy. Blames his Patients! When I spoke up about this Dr Vickery was non caring about me and my ongoing medical care his office not being prepared, clueless and unprofessional is my responsibility to let others know. Dr John Vickery was upset but Is not the patent the reasons Dr John Vickery and Center for Allergy is in business for? Well I’m glad I spoke up and let others know that they were unprofessional in their business.m and care. Dr John Vickery ego is easily bruised and he acts as if he is more important than listening to the patient concerns about their condition and care. I am Happy I have left this Dr Vickery and Center for Allergy in Newnan Ga

Online scheduling was easy. Up front costs given by receptionist based off your insurance. I got there 5 min before my appointment (had done all me paperwork online). Was promptly taken back to a room. Nurses were nice. Dr Vickery came in quickly and was not rushed. We discussed my situation and he prescribed me by RX. Appointment ran about 40 minutes. I appreciated his relaxed manner and nice personality. Will definitely refer others if they need an allergist.

First time there. Great staff and customer friendly.

If I could give zero I would. I came in with a problem and basically left with no help. Dr. Vickery was very unprofessional and not the brightest since he thought it was ok the make fun of me with his nurses right outside my door where I could hear everything. And then proceeded to mock and belittle me in the exam room. He then tried to be smug and write a prescription for something that was super hard to get and have already tried before and when I told him all this and asked where I could get it he just laughed and said oh not sure. Finally realizing that he wasn’t going to provide the help or at least offer other suggestions, I decided it was time to leave and then I told him I could hear everything he said about me and heard him laughing he turned bright red and tried to hide behind his NP in the room. My mom was there with me and was witness to all this craziness. Never experienced something like this before.
