Never answers the phone after 1pm it’s ridiculous . If they do they will pick it up and hang up right after .

Wonderful! Just the best! Dr. Duffield, Alan T. Kippeny, Tamara All these folks made me feel comfortable, valued & put my concerns to rest. I had both my hips replaced & I wish I had a third hip so they could make me better than new!

I absolutely love Dr Littleton at Piedmont Ortho of Atlanta . He is professional but very personal at the same time kind and so patient .He is an excellent surgeon as well he did my husband's trigger finger surgery. I have had palm and elbow issues and had to get cortisone shots which are extremely painful. Its always a pleasant experience with Dr Littleton and his staff especially Marco who is great and very helpful.

Tried to pay my bill with your Quick Pay site - it doesn't work. I don't use checks. I called your billing office to give you a credit card but no one was there to take my call. Your billing system is arguably the worst in the industry. For the record, I tried to pay you! Horrible customer experience and service.

Karen- or the receptionist at the Fayetteville location is ugly inside and out. Very bad habit of talking over people and has a matter-of- fact , condescending, antagonistic attitude about herself. Really bad for business. I do not recommend this location and will be going back to PTC where the ladies have a better demeanor. If I’m asking for new patient paperwork to fill out prior to my next appointment (because I missed my time by being on the other side of the hospital and had to walk far on a hurt hip)- I should able to get the paperwork and fill in “how are you feeling today” when I get to the appointment. According to her, it doesn’t work that way as it does in other doctor’s/ PT offices. New to town and she’s awful. Not used to this level of disservice from Duke nor Wommack AMC.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bell, Kendall and the staff here. I had some questions and submitted them through MyChart and Kendall always responded promptly and with answers to all my questions. While waiting in the examination room, Kendall took time to answer many of my questions, so pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Bell always takes time to explain everything pertaining to my situation. I must say Dr. Bell and Kendall have made me feel so much better about my upcoming surgery. Dr. Bell is honest, compassionate and professional, at no time did I feel rushed or dumb. I would definitely recommend this group.

Front desk is great Dr. Williams is great… But the wait times are horrible. Take my co-pay then say oh Dr is running an hour and half over. How can that be you have only been open an hour. My time is important too. Not considerate of peoples time at all. If you cannot run a double booked schedule don’t double book.

Had the best office visit with Dr. J. Bell & his staff the ladies were extremely helpful and caring of my concerns. Dr. Bell was ohhhh so nice and courteous. Plus he's a great looking Ga. Bulldog!!😜😜

I made my appointment online at my Piedmont portal, arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and was called back to an examine room 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The doctor came into the examine room timely and spent a good amount of time explaining every aspect of my problem and how he recommends moving forward. I could not have asked for a better experience in seeing Dr. Joshua Bell at Ortho-Atlanta in Peachtree City today.

Dr. Bui and Dr. Morgan FINALLY diagnosed and did surgery to fix my hip. I’ve been complaining of hip and back pain since I was 13. I’ve been told it’s everything from muscular to having nerve blocks put in my spine trying to find relief. Dr. Morgan is a saving grace and repaired my hip. I now have NO BACK OR HIP PAIN!!! Thank you will never be enough for them! They’ve changed my life and I will forever refer people to them
