This office is characterized by poor diagnoses, failure to correctly call in Rx to pharmacy, failure to call in Rx at all, and request for revisit to fix their miscues thus running up the tab. Finally, a failure to log a sample given to me as an Rx resulted in an inaccurate office record. Expecting a call back?Forget about it. Towering incompetence. Check out all of their reviews.

Very disappointed with the quality of service and care. Was looking for a new primary care physician since my previous one was on the north side of Atlanta. After first visit and labs done, I was told that my PSA levels were too high and I needed to see a Urology specialist. I went and was told that they don't have much faith in this locations lab work and proceeded to redo the blood lab. Result was normal showing that labs generated by this office were incorrect. This little error cost me over $400 out of pocket. The person that assists my PCP has given me no confidence either. This person has no personality, acts like they don't even want to be at work and does not communicate very well. This has caused a mis-communiation with my Dr and even after sharing my concerns with management at this office, he won't even take the time to reach out personally to make sure that I'm good or even to apologize for the errors made by his office. I may just have to return to North Atlanta where I was getting good care and the Dr. personally called with every test result.

Very disappointed with the scheduling for the annual flue shot. I initially called the 1st week of September for an appointment. At that time, I was given an appointment for the 9th of September. Received a call the week of my appointment to be informed that they were not ready to start with the flu shots. I was given another appointment for the 18th of September. The day before my appointment, I received a call again to tell me they did not have the medication. What is going on Piedmont (Peachtree City)?

After waiting for my dr. 20 mins after my appointment time, she walked in and told me she only gets 15 mins per patient andI’d need to come back for my other questions, I had bloodwork and x rays done, I was told my dr. Would call with results....she never did, instead it was all posted on MyChart, sorry I have no idea what that means, so I called and spoke to a nurse who told me I’ll need to see an orthopedic surgeon! I told her how upset I was that no one called me to let me know my results! She didn’t seem to care, she said, do you want the number for a referral????I will never go back

I’ve been to this location 3-4 different times and have experienced the same level of dissatisfaction upon every visit. Each of my visits, I have been made to wait at least 45 minutes even though I always have a scheduled appointment when I go. The doctors and nurses seem like they would rather be anywhere but in that office. However, I will say the receptionists are wonderful. They are polite and were there to help me in any way possible. I’ve given this place multiple chances in the past, but will not be back due to the lack of professionalism and overall carelessness that has been displayed by the doctors I have visited with.

They won't pick up the phone, especially when making a appointment. I called and attempted to change a appointment a week before, but the staff kept hanging up the phone. I also left several messages,but no one called me back.
