List of Piedmont Quickcare At Walgreens - Peachtree City's Reviews
This is the best urgent care ever! The staff was caring, Efficient, and helpful. My nurse, Sam, was so caring and kind hearted. She was both quick and careful!
We had to rush my toddler to the urgent care as she cut her fingers pretty badly on an aluminum blind. I just want to say a big thank you to the doctor (Sorenson) and Nurse Carrie (I hope that’s her name) for being absolutely wonderful during the whole ordeal. They were amazing. Making us feel so at ease. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to see a doctor.
I’m visiting my daughter in GA. so when I developed a respiratory/ sinusitis infection so she brought me to this urgent care. She brags on the group at this facility all the time. I was so impressed with everyone on Staff at this facility. No one should ever say a negative word. They were awesome! Because of my age and the fact that I had a cough and symptoms they suggested a Covid Test to be safe. I agreed that it was an excellent precaution . The test was different from the earlier ones in 2020 & the results were available within 30 minutes. I was thrilled that My Covid Test was Negative. I was diagnosed & able to fill my prescriptions there ! That was a blessing as all the pharmacies were closed and we didn’t have to drive to a pharmacy and to turn in the prescriptions & wait & wait & wait for the prescriptions to be filled. The prescriptions were probably not as expensive as they would have been at a pharmacy. That was a double blessing in convenience because obviously I wasn’t feeling well and was having trouble breathing. The convenience of being able to buy the prescriptions there & none cost more than $10. dollars. The prescriptions and visit was very affordable and the convenience was wonderful and time saving . I can’t say enough positive things about this group at 🍑 Peachtree City. When my daughter & I left we were able to walk next door to a fantastic restaurant that served soup and sandwiches. I wish that restaurant was in our area in Kentucky. Fantastic soup & sandwiches. I had been unable to eat , my daughter hadn’t eaten so this was a bonus for both of us. . I mentioned to my daughter how impressed I was with the level of care I received. She stated she always went therefor herself, her family of 4 girls and she thought they were awesome. I thought what a Convenience it would be if this group would branch out to other states…especially my area in Kentucky right on Lake Cumberland. We have so many tourists and there’s nothing like this type of Urgent Care in Somerset, KY. At least now when I visit my daughter I know I will have excellent medical care within a close distance. Everyone we met there was exceptional!!!They were so thoughtful, thorough, and very professional. They are a fantastic group. In and out with medication was so convenient.
Nurse Practitioner Theresa Oparah was so rude, unprofessional and no bedside manner at all! My daughter went in for a sick visit to be tested for covid and strep and all she did was a covid swab. She aggressively swabbed both nostrils causing her nose to bleed. She did not do ANY vital signs much less touch her with a stethoscope or look in her ears. This was 2 days ago and now my daughter is complaining of not being able to hear from her ear and it’s painful and popping. Had the NP done her job and looked in her ears she probably could’ve treated this before it got so bad. Called this morning and her regular dr was booked so they put her on for a video visit with this same clinic today and they NEVER signed on or answered for the visit. So I had to call and hold on the phone for 30 minutes to get told she would have to wait another 2 hours for her rescheduled appointment but at a different location. That’s fine, because we will never go to this location again, not with that “NP” at least!
I went in to my appointment for a strep test and COVID test. Booked my appointment over the phone and I asked if I could do a COVID test to rule that out and they said yes of course. Well, that’s a hard NO for Theresa Oprah. She stated I can only do one or the other. She was extremely rude and overly hostile from the very beginning. I have never in my life been spoken to with such aggression and blatant disrespect. She refused to give me the strep test and cornered me into having to choose just the COVID test, which I was negative. My priority was my throat and she did not ask me one question around my initial need. She prescribed antibiotics blindly being that she never tested me for strep or had a conversation with me around my current illness. Corporate should be mindful of her and how she treats patients and above all, mindful of her complete negligence when diagnosing and prescribing medication to patience. I will be calling my general family practitioner before taking the medications she prescribed. I kid you not, before I left, she made sure to tell me, I need to work on my personality, that I need to consider improving it. I felt seriously offended and completely insulted by her… GO ELSE WHERE.
I went for an immunizationshot for my daughter. The person who saw us, Theresa, was disrespectful and she was angry at me during the whole time. The encounter was very rude and she acted like I was the crazy one. I do not think she should be employed there as she treated us like we did her wrong.
I took my daughter to this location and saw the nurse practitioner oparah. If I give this rating no stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had! The nurse practitioner oparah was rude and argumentative when I requested a different antibiotic for my child. The antibiotic she wanted to give her did not respond well with my child before and another doctor said not to give her this antibiotic again. Oparah took offense to this request and began raising her voice arguing with me like I was insulting her by asking for a different antibiotic. She finally gave us a different antibiotic but it was after her arguing raising her voice and arguing with me. I just wanted to the correct medicine for my child some medicines are not tolerated by everyone so I didn’t understand her combativeness and being insulted by requesting a different antibiotic. She then was angry so started talking about the bill with my insurance and telling me to pay now and I said how much? She said I don’t care Pay something and then she showed me the patient that was seen before us her bill and said she had no insurance and she had to pay 200. She then said you can pay or not I get paid good either way. I felt she was very unprofessional and rude and shouldn’t be showing bills of other patients. I will never go back to this facility in fear of running into this nurse practioner again.
Great care clean neat and very caring and friendly!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
