List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - Peachtree City's Reviews
I checked in online and when I arrived at Piedmont Urgent Care in Peachtree City, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all. My appointment was at 5 and I was seen at 5. The nurse and the Dr was very professional and curteous. The facility was Immaculate!!! I would definitely recommend Piedmont Urgent Care Peachtree City!!!
Great staff quick prompt response by text to let me know my status and was able to get in and out swiftly. Received results as staff had informed would. Definitely would return to the Line Creek location for any additional needs.
Very business but the staff and Doctor are very caring, they always have a smile. Very thorough with there exam and explanations.
It was a bit overwhelming and confusing. No one told people on line waiting over two hours that they wouldn’t be seen. The staff is very caring inside but there was no information given to those waiting, most who were turned away. Urgent Care has always been a drop in site where an appointment for testing wasn’t necessary. It just went to online appointments which are pretty impossible to get. I completely understand your site being overwhelmed by need and lack of tests. I was seen due to my age and health issues but no one else who arrived by 7:30 was seen. I think it would help to let people on the line outside know what’s going on. No one knew anything.Your clinic is wonderful, your people caring and this shortage is not your fault. However people are used to Summit being a drop in place and your initial website says no appointments necessary for testing. So, keep people on line informed, change the website’s first page. We all thank you for your hard work under difficult times and appreciate the work you do. More home testing kits are the answer, not telling people who are worried not to get tested. People want to know if they are infected, it was the job of the government to order home testing kits months ago. That is the answer not telling people to not bother testing, just isolate for five days. It’s impossible to tell a really bad cold from omicron and absolutely no one is at fault here, neither your clinic or the people waiting on long lines. Please communicate with the long lines of people and let them know they won’t be seen.Thank you for all your hard work.
The nurse and doctor I saw were exceptional, very Understanding and sympathetic. The place was clean. The wait time was just way too long for having an appointment. I waited about an hour and a half after my appointment time.
Dr. Sorensen was awesome! He was able to squeeze me in even though they were completely booked due to Covid. I was in a lot of pain and really needed assistance. He also took the time to tell me extra details about aftercare and what to look for in potential complications.
December 27, last patient of the day at 8pm. The staff worked together to get me in quickly and efficiently. I spent very little time filling out paperwork as I was already in the Piedmont system. Yay!!The nurses had me in a room in 5 min.The nurse practitioner looked at the rash I had, pronounced it as contact dermatitis . She examined it, told me how to treat it at home and suggested the medicines I could take that would not interfere with other medication. In 10 minutes I had purchased the one medication there and had another for filing with my pharmacist. I was finished and on my way with a smile and sincere"Hope you feel better, and Happy New Year" in less than 20 minutes total.Thank you Piedmont Urgent Care!,
Fairly new to the area...wife and I left highly impressed! Very friendly, attentive, and professional staff...from the receptionist to the doctor!
Impressive! highly organized and efficient operation. Not to mention on site lab for almost immediate test results including 2 hour results for Covid PCR test
This site used to be a Summit Urgent Care. Piedmont has completely wrecked it since they took it over. Wanna get in to see somebody? Better make an appointment. And you better be sitting at your computer at 7pm the night before right when they open up appointments for the following day because they are very limited in number and they fill up almost immediately. Try to walk in and you'll be waiting for hours, if you get in at all. I just watched them turn away some 50+ people who had been waiting in line for 2 hours to get Covid tests so that they could save their tests for future appointment holders. It's not really an urgent care facility anymore. Make an appointment; wait a couple of days until you can get in. Extremely disappointing.EDIT: Upped from 1 to 3 stars. Made an appointment that night and returned the next day. If you have an appointment, everything is smooth, staff is professional, next to no wait times. It was also nice seeing that, for whatever reason, they had returned to taking walk-ins for Covid tests. I still have a lot of concern as to how they handle walk-ins vs. appointments for an urgent care center, though.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
