List of Suburban Medical Center's Reviews
Always get the best care when I come here!
The doctors and staff are really nice but the price is not $125 for a CHILD with no insurance is insane I brought my son and daughter cause they aren’t feeling good and walked out almost $300 in the can the price jumped up from $80 with no explanation
Don’t go here as only interested in money and quick visits. Go to Atlanta urgent care as they are new and actually try to diagnose your issue. Suburban takes forever and staff is rude.
Just saw Gracie & Erin & couldn’t be more pleased with my annual physical experience. Just the right amount of connection and compassion!
rude front desk. Good luck getting a nurse to call you back or call a refill in. When I cried in front of doctor and said I’d been struggling with depression over a year, doctor told me to practice gratitude.
Very friendly and always have taken care of my health care needs.
Excellent customer service.
Been a patient for years. Excellent care.
This medical practice has been so helpful for me with all my care. Their staff has always been so polite and courteous.whenever I need anything.
My name is Jasmine Murray and unfortunately, I just had the WORST experience with the front office staff. I called from a providers office trying to get help about an order form I needed sent over to me for a patient imaging that needed to be done. I was not aware that the first young lady I spoke with was training. I was not aware that the second young man I spoke with was training. After the young man tells me that he is going to do what I've asked, he then calls me back to tell me that he can no longer do what I've asked and tells me there is a " girl " that needed to speak with me. He hands the phone to the first young lady I spoke with, and she then begins to tell me what she cannot do and how she is confused. Frustrated at this point, I again try explaining to the young lady what it is that I am needing, when rudely and abruptly another woman jumps on the phone taking over the call completely. The woman jumps on the phone and begins asking me with a very rushed and unprofessional tone " what is it that you need "? I answer back agitated " why am I having to get on the phone with now 3 different people to explain the same thing, can you ask the last two people I've been speaking with " she replies back saying " no I will not ask them because they are training, what can I help you with "? I explain the request that has now seemed to turn into a situation, once more. The woman begins telling me how the patient has not been scheduled for an appointment and basically how she will not send me over a blank order form. I explained to the woman how it is the patient's wishes that they get the imaging done with Suburban Medical Center as they've had previous imaging done with Suburban Medical Center. With that being said, my hospital does not have order forms or any BLANK order forms that can be sent to Suburban Medical Center. My only request for Suburban Medical Center was to find out if any order forms could be emailed or faxed over to my hospital so they can be sent out if in the future we have more patients from Suburban Medical Center, and for the patient at hand. The front office staff could use some more practice on how to be more patient and professional and learning how to listen to understand first, and not jumping the gun to just to respond. I will let my hospital know of my experience with the front office as we will not try and get ANY imaging, or such done with Surburban Medical Center again. Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
