This office is very organized and the staff is very responsive. They have an online portal that stays current with your records. DR V knows her stuff and is very compassionate.

Very disorganized, and very slow with giving you your lab results. Pretty much an “I’m here to get paid kind of place” because if you want your lab results you must make an appointment. Some doctors just prefer to get paid for every little thing while some will call and give you your results and some will add them to your patient portal. They refused to change my obgyn unless I spoke with their referral specialist. My ex-provider was barely ever in. They faxed my private ultrasound results to a imaging center without my permission and lied about it to my insurance. Now it’s going to be a bigger problem. Find medical doctors and specialists in and very close to Atlanta Georgia if you can because they are the best and have a very organized healthcare system. Stay away from middle Georgia especially Perry Family Practice.

She listens and is a great doctor. Staff is excellent!

Very pleased after my first appointment with Alley Lancaster, at Dr.Veiles office. I was not rushed and she took time to listen to all off my concerns. Office staff was great also!

I was surprised that after being a patient for 10 yrs., in the midst of COVID 19 when I Moved out of state and had trouble getting in with another Dr., this staff was unwilling to extend my prescription for 90 days as my other Dr. had done. I saw a dramatic shift in this staffs customer service and over-all attitude in the last few years. They were also difficult when I tried to get my records. Dr. Veile is great, when you are with her, but her policies seem in her best interest. This is not your “hometown” Dr. office. I have not found them willing go out of their way to assist me. I could not, in good conscience, recommend them.

I call and when you do get someone to answer the phone she is so hateful. They have not refilled my blood pressure medicine in months. When I went for my semiannual visit they asked if I was on same meds and would send to drug store. After I waited a week I called office and left msg. Still don’t have them. Can’t wait for Dr V to get back before I have to move. I now see Kim and she is useless.

This doctor ruins lives! She practice psychology without ever talking to the patient. She did, however, listen to another patient and family member, who has a LOT to lose if exposed!

My last few visits to Dr. Velie have been great! It's a beautiful location and everyone there is so nice! My wait times are slim to none, and the doctors and nurse practitioners really know what they're doing.

I had an appointment with Dr. Veli back in 7/2018, maybe 2017, but never the less, my appointment was at 2:00 p.m. At 2:45 p.m., I had not been called back, not to even do vital signs. 45 five minutes waiting and nothing happened, that really was upsetting. I got up and left, never been back and never heard anything from the Dr. or staff.

I love them!!! Super nice and attentive every time I go. NP Allie Rodgers is the greatest. The office is beautiful and your not sitting on top of each other. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or results from labs. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!
