DR Lomboy is outstanding, is office staff are the best, mail order rx are on time and I have never had a problem with them.

***ZERO STARS***I was admitted to Perry Hospital from the ER and Dr Lomboy was the hospitalist on call for that weekend. He was very rude, unprofessional and his "bedside manner" was horrible. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and I hope that I don't ever have to deal with him again!!!!

I would have highly recommended this practice before CoVId but I tried to make an appointment and told I had to get a CoVId test before entering the office. Ridiculous ! No Covid symptoms, but can't get a Dr appointment without CoVid test. 😡 But I can get a virtual visit to check a lump that just appeared! That like getting a breast exam over Skype. 😬🤦🏼‍♀️ I have been to the dentist, other doctor appointments, even appointments with specialist and none required a CoVId test. I will be getting a new Doctor!

Dr. Lomboy and his staff were very highly recommended and we were looking forward to working with them. Dropped our new patient paperwork off on Friday and was told they would call to request our records on Monday and they would set up appointments based on the review. Got a call from a staff member on Wednesday that after a review of our records, "we were not a good fit for their practice" and no expatiation as to why. When I called to request clarification, I was told that the doctor did not leave any additional information as to why.

I was trying to get my mother, who is a retired Navy Veteran, a new primary care physician closer to her house. Lomboy's office is about a mile away and would have been perfect. They turned my mother down because they said that she was too "combative" after viewing her record of an ER visit at Perry Hospital a couple of days earlier. They were afraid that she would not be cooperative if seen there. A little back story (which they didn't care about): my father passed away in November 2017 (5 months ago) and my mother has developed a bad case of depression. She has been having trouble eating, sleeping, and just generally has problems taking care of herself. The list of issues we got at the ER were varied and alarming. Instead of having her come in for an initial visit and speaking to my mother themselves, Lomboy relied on a single event that happened under extenuating circumstances. My mother does not like hospitals, primarily because the last time she stayed the night in a hospital my father died. I'm not exactly sure what Perry Hospital told Lomboy's office. Was she happy that they told her they would more than likely admit her, no, who is? Did she express her displeasure, yes. Did I get all bent out of shape because they didn't have an actual doctor see her until she was there for 8 hours, no. in the end they didn't admit her.I was wondering how deep Georgia hospitality goes, and it looks like its pretty shallow, at least in the medical field.

Awesome staff and Dr. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a going to Dr Lomboy for over 10 years , He truly cares and listens to all of your concerns . I am thankful to have found someone I can trust .

Dr. Lomboy's office is great if you don't mind all your prescriptions being wrong and LATE. My mail order RX company has been trying to reach the Dr's office to authorize a refill and the Dr's office won't contact them back. All my RX's have been turned in wrong. When I call the office to try and get them corrected they don't answer the phone. I leave a message and they won't return my calls. I don't see how they can keep patients. I DO NOT recommend them.
