My Mother switched doctors to Capstone Medical, Dr. Hamm and was treated horribly. Extremely rude, incompetent and uncaring staff. People need to the take time to explain processes and instructions clearly and concisely to the elderly.... THEY DO NOT.

Worst doctor office I’ve been to. They don’t listen to people and do not care how they treat their patients at all. It’s supposed to be their job and duty to help figure out and make the patient feel better and that is not the case here. Find a better doctor

My husband and I have seen Dr Ham for years and love him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my questions and talking things through with me. He has taken great care of us and we would highly recommend him.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ham for several years. It is a very busy medical practice but I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even same day if needed. We have seen both Dr. Ham and Christy Belflower NP and have never felt rushed through an appointment or left with any question unanswered. We always receive a call notifying us of any test results and they work well with our pharmacy making sure there are no problems with our prescriptions. Thank you Dr. Ham and all of your staff for taking care of all of our healthcare needs so well!

Do not use Dr. Terry Ham and N.P. Crystal Bellflower in Perry. They have shown a large degree of incompetency and they backstabbed and blind-sided me while I was right there in their offices. Do not trust these medical people. Some staff members are also incompetent and no one is friendly. You have been informed.

We have used Dr. Ham for the last 15 years and couldn’t be more pleased. He has an incredible bedside manner and gets an A+ for listening! His staff is knowledgeable, and they always get the job done!

I love the nurse practitioner here but I may have to find a new doctor’s office to go to, the office staff is just incredibly rude. It makes the whole experience miserable since you spend the majority of the time in the waiting room right by them. When I went for my appt, I had to wait forever just to get a sign in sheet at the glass. Then, the woman at the computer who looked me up, told me they didn’t have me in the system at all even though I have been a patient there for years until someone else found my information. By this time, it was well after my appt time. This whole time, the woman was just being snippy with me and it’d be different if this wasn’t the first time. I feel bad because the nurse practitioner is great but I dont know if anyone needs to deal with the woman they have working up front, especially when feeling ill.
