Spent half the appointment on a personal phone call. Put very little thought into my symptoms. The follow up was on the phone with an unknown person, telling me that because I have suffered with depression I must be psychosomatic. Only to later find out that this man misdiagnosed two family friends who both ended up having MS in actuality. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

This office REFUSED to see my father who has COPD and is on oxygen. He could not wear a mask, is actually EXEMPT from wearing a mask. His breathing is restricted as is without a mask. He is unable to breathe with a mask on. Had to drive over an hour and a half to see the specialist for his neuropathy, just to be unlawfully turned away. This office is a joke! Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstance!

I have never left a review for anyone..but I just want to say Dr Richman deserves one, not that he even needs it. But he went above and beyond for my appointment and I hope he sees this and knows how appreciative I am for him! If you need a Neurologist that truly cares about you, he is your guy!

I really like Dr. Richman...he listens and will have conversation with you regarding your health issue......however you are not able to reach a human being when there is a problem that needs to be handled quickly and the office staff is sometimes very rude and unhelpful....thinking about changing drs even though I like Dr. Richman.

Did not mind him wearing shorts and a casual shirt when he first walked in to see me but when he greeted me and I started to respond his phone rang and he shushed me and stood there and finished his conversation and when finished he asked me again how I was doing. When I got my records and was perusing all documents I found something he had attributed to me that I absolutely never would have said and that too was surprising.

Dr. Richman has very helpful. He has listened to my concerns and problems. He helps out no matter what the problem is. I love his patient portal. He answers that day if I have question or concern. He explained my condition and always asks if I have any questions. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Richman has been very helpful. He listens to my concerns and always asks if I have any questions? He has a patient portal that he checks daily and he has answered me everyday that I have written to him. He is very knowledgeable. I would reccommend him as a neurologist!
