Christi Ghaleb's Online Review Report Card

My son and I both see Dr. Ghaleb. She has been an angel, a blessing and a gift. On a Christmas day a few years ago my son was experiencing some trauma. I sent a text and received a call 30 minutes later.#ONCHRISTMASDAY. I knew right then that I made a great decision.Thank you to Dr. Ghaleb and all her staff.

Dr Ghaleb is very caring and takes her time with you when you are in the office. She always answers texts, emails, etc off hours which I think goes above and beyond the call of duty. I've never had an issue with the practice thus far and I've been going there about 3 years. If you are tired of the traditional insurance system then this is the place because the practice is not beholden to the insurers' constraints for seeing X number of people in an hour to try to make ends meat. She will take your insurance card information and pass it along to 3rd party providers (xrays, specialists, etc) if she needs to refer you.

I want to take a moment to Thank Dr. Christi for always thinking of her patients.. I received an email about $99.00 3D Mammograms and I took full advantage of that.. If it wasn't for her email I would have had no Idea the affordable cost for having this done. I already knew it was time and having to pay full price out of pocket can be a little stressful, so my sincerest gratitude for thinking of us the way that you do...

Hands down, Dr. Ghaleb is THE BEST family physician I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She cares deeply about the total person and makes it crystal clear that's what drives her. I can honestly say that going to the doctor is something I enjoy and look forward to. It sounds weird, but once you've encountered Dr. Ghaleb and the staff at Family Medicine of Pooler, you'll be so glad you made the choice to be her patient.Dr. Ghaleb is a natural encourager and she is wonderful at using her talent to lift you up.Family Medicine of Pooler is extremely responsive during regular office hours and especially after hours. You're only a text or call away from getting helped. I challenge anyone to find a better doctor, trust me you won't! I’d give her 10 stars out of 5, and I have been her patient for about 15 years plus.

I would like to say that Dr. Ghaleb is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had. That is why my family decided to stick with her when she changed from insurance-based model to a Direct primary care practice. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her field, she really listens to what I have to say. I have had more than my share of health issues over the last few years. Big or small she was there. She makes sure that she stays informed when I have to see specialist. She wants to insure that we are all on the same page and I am receiving the best care. Even when I went through a time of great loss in my life and was struggling with emotional health she listened to my broken heart. She responded with care and compassion, encouragement, wise words of advice and offered a hug which I gladly accepted. (This was before social distancing so you need not to wrongly judge there). I am forever grateful for the care I have received from her and to God for leading me to her practice.

Dr. Ghaleb and her staff deliver top notch service. One call with a concern and it is addressed by close of business, usually within the hour. If we need appointments we get in within a day or two of calling.When being seen by Dr. Ghaleb, you are never rushed, so often I've seen a doctor and felt like they were only half listening and just wanted me to hurry up so they could get to the next person. Not with Dr. Ghaleb and her staff! My family and I are so thankful to have found Family Medicine of Pooler.

My family and I have been with Dr. Ghaleb before she went to the DPC practice model and we are current patients. Dr. Ghaleb is patient, understanding and promptly responds to my texts, messages, emails, and phone calls. When I talk about my PCP I am proud to say my doctor is Christi Ghaleb.

As a registered nurse, I know the importance of excellent care and patient satisfaction. Dr. Ghaleb gives 100% to her patients. She listens and she cares. You are treated like family. Her staff (Tiffany and Shauntell) is excellent and always on point. Dr. Christi Ghaleb is one of the most knowledgeable, kindest doctors I have ever seen. I can not recommend her highly enough! She solved an issue I had for over 2 years that two other extremely compartmentalized doctors had no idea on. I will forever be grateful. So on that note, I have recommended her to my husband, both of my adult daughters, and even told my eye doctor about her and her practice. Kudos to the team in her office also, they know exactly who you are when you call and are very gracious and helpful! For others like me with no health insurance who pay out of pocket.
