I love my doctor and it’s a good thing I trust him to take care of my surgery for my tonsils because his support staff is the most frustrating I’ve ever had to deal with between being near impossible to get in touch with them to schedule an appointment or a surgery to being told that the pre-op appointment they’d chosen for me would be no good and I’d have to pay for another appointment closer to surgery. It’s absolutely ridiculous

My boyfriend went here 3 months ago for ear pain and was told nothing was wrong so he waited it out. The pain only got worse and he went to a urgent care and had not only one inner ear infection but both his ears were infected so badly. What’s the point of going to a ENT if they can’t diagnose simple ear infections I would avoid this business at all costs. Also the doctor told him it was maybe his allergies even though he’s never had allergies his whole life.

It takes too long, entirely too long. Each appointment is at least an hour and today's appointment have risen the average to 1.5 hours. Nice people or not, this is unacceptable. In process of looking elsewhere for a facility that will respect my time, because I respect theirs by being on time. I like my doctor, but refusal to respect customer's time is unacceptable.

Very nice staff! The wait time was short. They accept medicaid. I kinda wish they did their own bloodwork as it would save a trip to the blood bank. Its definately worth the trip, but ask the right questions.
