Dr. Braun is amazing! She has done miracles in my health in just two visits. She is super duper reliable, knowledgeable, very patient especially with my 16394 questions. She is always available for me via texts even after hours and also on weekends. I give her 5 Stars because that is the most I can rate her. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a best family doctor. A very clean facility, friendly staff (K) and reliable doctor.Thank you so much Dr. Braun & K for taking care of me.

Could not get appointment that would coordinate with my own schedule. Office lady at that time could not seem to understand that I should have a say in my own appointment time. Because I know when u will not be able to make the appointment. She was rude. The office manager , he was very rude to me on several occasions . I really don’t understand that. There is no need to rudeness. And I should be able to try to coordinate with that office a time that works for me not just them. Do not go to dr office for people to be rude Dr Braun is pretty nice. But got fed up with the office . The nurse was nice.

Dr. Braun takes the time to truly listen to your needs. This has been the best patient/doctor relationship I've ever had. Beyond impressed with her bedside manner. Her office staff is also wonderful.Update: Over a year later, I continue to see Dr. Braun and it's STILL the best patient/doctor relationship I've ever had.I've had a very trying year, and she has held my hand each step of the way. Thank you Dr. Braun!I continue to recommend her every chance I get!

I really don’t know what I would do without Dr. B and her staff. I’ve only been there twice before but I use the text advanced feature a lot since I travel frequently. Her approach has saved my life. I was on anti depressant medicine and due to no insurance I was very ill from the withdrawal. She was able to see me right away and it was fixed. I feel very comfortable there and they are always standing by to help. It’s a medical feeling of security that has made such an impact on me again due to no insurance. I don’t even have to think twice about seeing a dr now because the monthly payment comes out automatically. It’s so worth every penny. I am so grateful to have found them. I highly recommend. Friends my age in our 20s are jealous they don’t live closer because they have the same insurance issues. Thank you Dr. B, Mr. Oliver and Kerstin!

Dr Braun is the best Doctor I have ever seen. Cares about the people she sees.

We started with Dr. Braun soon after she opened her door. We stayed with Dr. Braun until we departed the area. Our experience was exceptional as she took the time to get to know us and our issues. She did this in spite of the Insurance demands of a production operation. We had no issue with her service. When Dr. Braun decided to go the DPC direction, we had no hesitation to follow. Our Doctor-Patient relationship grew stronger as she now took her time with us, not having to rush based on Insurance demands of a certain number of patients per day. My wife and I feel blessed having located Dr. Braun. Her care and compassion was evident as she took time to research the non-standard issues my wife developed. We will miss Dr. Braun and her staff but we will never forget them. Our sincere appreciation for the time we spent with her and her staff. Steve and Diane Prentiss Cheers!

I totally agree with the doctors practice write up. Please read, and it will completely explain my feelings about this doctor and her practice. It is the only doctors office; where i actually felt that the visit and care was all about helping me. I am so glad you opened your practice here.Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Braun is in my opinion the best doctor in Pooler and her practice is phenomenal. She dedicates time with each patient and you will never feel rushed. It is a small practice and they really take time to get to know you and accommodate you in anyway possible . I absolutely love the idea of monthly payments instead of going through insurance its definitely worth it for the patient care. She does everything she can to get you the best price on perscriptions and any other thing you might need. Wish you could give more stars because pheonix dpc definitely deserves it!

I've been going to Dr. Braun for over 9 years. She has always been great and attentive to my needs. With the switch to the Direct Primary Care practice it has gotten even better. If you are looking for a medical provider you would do your self and your family a great service to try Phoenix DPC

My family has been cared for by Dr. Baum for many years. I believe close to ten years. I've continued with the practice through the new service model, and I am very pleased with the responsiveness and focus of care. Obtaining an appointment is fast, service is prompt, and I get to talk with my doctor. I never feel rushed, and she listens to my concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
