Meadows Regional Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I never do reviews but I went here a few weeks ago and even got to my appointment 30 minutes early. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half until someone came and got me. Even then the nurse left me in the room she put me in for 30 more minutes and finally my doctor showed up saying she was late from traffic. After leaving the hospital she told me that I should receive a call so that I could confirm a prescription that I needed. Never received it or a call and was sent a bill in the mail for literally peeing in a cup that they made me do.

Dr Johnson cannot say enough good things about her Thorough friendly patient everything a doctor should be Needed a pcp after being discharged from hospital. I didn’t have to wait a year to get in she was able to see me in a week.Love her So thankful to have found her

Doctor Bostwick and staff are wonderful. From the check in process thank you Jenn Jones through procedures they are professional attentive and thorough. Dr. Bostwick listens and is compassionate during exams and diagnosis. I am happy to have found her and the practice.

Loved coming here because of the Dr Kurt Kang . I called this morning to schedule a well care visit and was told he is no longer there . I’m sad to hear of his leaving

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The worst run practice Ive ever experienced. PLEASE stay away from this place. It took 5 months for them to replace the birth control that had expired in my arm. They ignore your phone calls will never answer the phone are completely unorganized and honestly an embarrassment. I had to spend 3+ hours a week on the phone over the course of 5 months doing everything in my power to get them to fix my issue. I hope to save many women the pain of ever having to work with them again. They dont care about women and their sexual health at ALL.

Great experience as always. Office staff is actively adhering to COVID9 protocols.

Dr. Kurt Kang is an excellent physician very concerned about my health and what he can do to improve it. Very observant when it comes to diagnostic tests sees more than what hes looking for. I highly recommend him as a personal care physician.

Dr. Kang is very professional and listens to any concerns I have. Its the office staff that are less than adequate. I was his patient for about 7 months and had to switch doctors because of the games one staff member played and the lack of professionalism here. I dont think Ill be back.

Was seen by this practice in 2016. Called to make an appointment and as we are going through the questions the receptionist mentions seeing a Nurse Practitioner. I mention that Im having several issues think the change is happening and would prefer to see the doctor. At this point the phone goes dead and I think the call was lost. I wait 20 minutes and dont receive a call back. So I phone back and as I go through the process again with the next lady she tells me it is policy to see the NP first for establishment of care.  I have two issues that I believe would be helpful for those considering using this practice. 1 I do not want to miss work twice have my insurance charged twice pay two copays and disclose my most personal details twice inducing spreading my legs discussion of sleep issues mood changes etc. before having the opinion treatment course etc. set by an actual MD.  2 It is now clear that the initial call was not accidentally disconnected but they actually hung up on me Instead of discussing the office policy objected to in 1 staff at this office simply hang up on you. So go there if you want. But dont expect much.

100% hands down the BEST OBGYN around. I see Dr.Dehnad and she is AMAZING. When I discussed my concerns with her at my very first appointment she was ON it. She got straight to the course of treatment I needed. Along the way shes found medical issues I have that other doctors sloppily overlooked. Aside from that she is kind funny has the best bedside manner and makes you feel like a friend NOT a patient. Love Dr.Dehnad
