Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. That's why I switched to him. I was going to another doctor locally. The office staff, however, on one particular day seemed to be overworked or bothered. I called to schedule a flu shot but decided to get it done elsewhere when I felt that I was imposing on the young lady's time who was scheduling me for the shot. She even called me back to remind me I hung up on her.

A great doctor! He listen and answer your questions. He is very pleasant and I feel encouraged to discuss my concerns freely. I send him a massage through patient portal on a Saturday and he answered within the hour; such thing I have never have experienced before. Wow! What a dedicated doctor!
