Dr Hightower was great but waiting 50 minutes on hold for a virtual appointment is really not acceptable. If I were to be that late for an appointment I would likely not be seen and would possibly be charged for missed visit.

Dr Hightower and his staff are excellent! They are always professional and super helpful! I drive an hour and a half to see them…..and it’s always worth the drive!
