They need better instructions on how the urgent care is working. I went online to begin the process. It sent me a message that 20 minutes prior to appointment I will review a text. They never said when you arrive to come in. I knew their lobby was closed so I waited in my car. 20 minutes prior no message...15 minutes no message. I went in and they said you are supposed to call upon arrival. I was here a long time ago and would have had I known. Still sitting here 20 minutes after my appointment and the only thing they managed to get without me calling is my payment. Still waiting for the nurse to contact me when they are ready. This is very frustrating.

I have been here many times before for various injuries (all horse related) and surgeries. I was surprised to see low ratings as my experiences here have all been top-notch. They are kind, thorough and attentive when pain and fear sets in! Lol. I prefer this location to any in Savannah, which is where I live.

After relocating to the area, we have been researching a PCP, talking with others, reaching out on social media and to our current physicians. I called this practice today to schedule an opportunity to transfer our records to Dr. Foley and Dr. Dholaria, highly recommended. Coming from the City of Medicine, Durham, NC and Duke University, we take great pride in how the medical staff treats patients and especially new patients. We have some of the best doctors and facilities in the world in Durham, NC. I am sure these doctors must be excellent here because when I called I was met with, "Sorry, they aren't accepting any new patients. Maybe you could try another facility." As a teacher, I clearly understand being over imposed upon and having to take care of more than your share. However, there should be a waiting list offered or another physician added of said quality to take care of patients that have built this reputation for you. Looking for a highly qualified female doctor is not quite as easy to find, and being shot down before I basically opened my mouth was unprofessional and insulting. I asked if I could speak with a staff member or have the doctor or nurse talk with me and she said, "What do you want to ask them as we do not leave messages if you are not a patient."
