Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The waiting room wasn't overflowing. As patients entered the door, we spent and acceptable amount of time in the waiting area. Once called to the room, the staff was ready to start care. The staff was very knowledgeable of their individual discipline. The doctor discussed his recommended plan of care. He made sure to take into consideration what the patient voiced about their plan, also. I have Humana Medicare Gold Plus insurance. I was impressed as to how much my insurance would pay towards what I needed. Overall impressed with Coast Dental-Powder Springs.

I went to Coast Dental today to get 2 extractions, one of them I had surgically removed. They were so nice and made me feel comfortable, made sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable or any pain. They took their time and did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

dental extractions, not so good care quality, office experience absolutely terrible. They charged my card $530.68 when it should have been $5.30 and told me i should have caught the error the same day now it will be 8 weeks before i can get my money. That transaction was November 1, 2023 and they still haven't refunded my money yet. this transaction caused an overdraft, and hardship these were funds i needed for groceries, and bills, but now corporate want even return my calls. Please don't use Coast Dental, Powder Springs Ga please do your homework something i failed to do now I just need to let people know that they don't seem to care that this has caused me anguish, I'm a senior on a fixed income and that really hurt. I NEED MY MONEY!!!!

This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. Staff was very rude and not welcoming. And the communication about the services being done during my appointment was not clear at all. I also paid to have documents sent to another dental office that were never sent. Not a good experience at all.
