So upsetting that I made an appointment online for my sick child only to travel over half an hour and be told that you all don’t accept her insurance! I intentionally found this location based off her insurance (your online website and phone tree stated that her insurance was accepted) now I have to ride another 30mins to the Austell location who Doesn’t take appointments to have her seen! What a nightmare! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!

I loved going here! She gave me exactly what I needed and I started feeling better in no time. I highly recommend this location. It was one of the best doctor visits ever. Plus she was really nice/sweet.

Went in for some tests that had to be sent off was told it would take 4 days for results to come back took two weeks and I didn’t even find out the results from them I had to call Labcorp myself. It was just really inconvenient and then the nurse that I saw seemed as if she didn’t know what she was doing. I called supervisors and everything and they didn’t try to do anything to help.

Thank you to the amazing nurse at Piedmont QuickCare. I was a walk-in and got seen within 20minutes. Not a bad wait at a quick care!! The nurse was outstanding. So nice and able to take care of me issue. It was also nice to walk out the door and drop my prescription right off. To top off the great care, the doctor called me a few days later to check in. I appreciated it and the great service.
