Taylor Randy's Online Review Report Card

This doctor called me a pig and made of police officers because I am studying the major of Administration of Criminal Justice. Yelled it in my face and verbally harassed me. It was very uncomfortable and rude. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Uncomfortable and strange. I had a bad experience on my first doctor appointment with Dr. Randy Taylor. I made a second appointment this year and recorded my visit for security purposes. The doctor got really close to my face and in one of the conversations he also was telling me to call African Americans “black” per his dialogue. I kept repeating myself “No” it was an uncomfortable annual check up. I’m reporting this doctor and making sure I speak to management about this doctor. I do not recommend this doctor and I will never go back to this doctor.

Dr Taylor was very thorough. He asked questions, and recommended the right proscription for my issues. He has great bedside manners, years of experience and I'm delighted that he is my physician.

WORSE Dr I've ever been seen by!!! His description shows listen respectfully to the needs of all his patients. He is the total Opposite of that rude and disrespectful! Don't waste your time with him!!!

after a year and a half struggling with 3 different ENT's I finally was directed to Randy, and within 6 weeks an infection I had resigned to live with was GONE. His kindness and compassion and quit wit and sense of humour made it a joy to go do something as awful as what we were doing weekly to my ears. HE Healed Me.  He didn't just manage the illness, he got rid of the problem completely.  for this I am forever grateful. He also works with an amazing lady, Teela, her professionalism and warm nature are also another reason I was more than happy to show up weekly for the horrible things we were doing to my ears.   there are no 10 stars or 100 stars, that's no hyperbole, he, they deserve all the Stars.

Great ENT , very personable and knowledgeable, this was my first time experience and I was very comfortable with the outcome and was referred to neurologist and confirmed what he suspected as well , I highly recommend, very clean , a couple locations are available for you to see him .. two locations are always very convenient .. great care is hard to find , you get both here

Dr. Taylor himself is GREAT. His front office not so much. Horrible at scheduling appointments. Messages are not returned for DAYS if at all. In general the office staff seems uninterested in doing their job, an overall lackadaisical attitude is felt from all. Also, be aware, they do NOT inform you ahead of time of the potential cost for testing. I ended up spending over a $1,000 and have since given up on treatment from any of the doctors in this office because simple navigation of appointments, scheduling, and managing of my insurance has been so poorly handled.

Dr. Taylor is an excellent doctor (I had my septum repaired). Beyond his skills, he's a positive, energetic man, concerned for his patients, with an efficient staff.  Of my family of four, three of us have had surgeries with him.  I completely trust him.

Randy Taylor is great ! I had him operate on my deviated septum. Everything has gone well, he has great people skills and is top notch! I would recommend him to everyone.
