I used to think it was a great hospital but family member has basically become a bed bound invalid waiting on them to stop rescheduling surgery. It has been months and they give rapid covid tests and he gets a regular covid test rapid shows positive then regular shows negative and surgery is pushed out over a month...same thing over and over. The process is broken and it is ridiculous

Nurses were awesome but I was told to be here at 930 and I’m just coming out at 419. I never left the lobby until 100. Ridiculous is an understatement. I understand their time is valuable but so is mine. Need a lot of improvements on time management.

Family caregivers are made to stay outside in the rain or 90° weather. We will find other options.

The entire staff at Optim Medical Center Tattenal was totally Awesome with my wife and assisting her in her recovery from a Full Left Knee Replacement. Dr. Sedroy and The Nursing Staff Lindsey Phillip and other where so nice. Everything was explained to her from Day 1 on what was going to happen. Thank you for all you did for us
