Be sure to check their BBB rating. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. The hearing aids work and I went in multiple times for adjustments but they just don't work for me. I feel the audiologist was just stringing me along until I past the 30 day trial. I went in last week and all he said was there wasn't anything more he could do and I past my 30 day trial. I don't think he cares he just wants to make a buck. My wife will not go to the Richland store again because of him and I will not either. For those on Medicare know that if a provider does not treat you right you can file a grievance. I'm very disappointed with him. You get hearing aids to hear better and all he would say is I'm expecting to much. Very condescending.

My experience today was not very happy because of the following facts. 1. My appointment was scheduled at 9 am, and we were told in the phone to come 15 mins in advance. We followed the instruction and arrived at 8:45 am. But the door was closed and we waited outside in the cold whether for 15 mins. 2. Before the appointment, we received multiple texts to confirm if we could arrive on time. I replied yes. But ironically, the provider arrived 30 mins late. 3. We only did a hearing test and was charged $125. I was told that because we did not purchase their hearing aids, so there will be a fee for the hearing test. However, after calling many other hearing centers, they told me they typically offer free hearing tests no matter we buy their hearing aids or not. I am a nice person and I never wrote any bad reviews in the past. This is my first time to do so.

Everyone in the Hearing Center were extremely friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed my visit there!

Very helpful and friendly place. They make you feel like you're friends and family. Easy transactions to get my hearing aids, and set up for me before I left. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel rushed. Would most definitely recommend!!

After he placed the heating aids in I was so shocked at what I could hear. By the time I left the office I was in tears. After getting home I kept asking what that noise was, I never heard the heater running, or a lighter actually click, or even a kitchen cabinet close, I am still at aww. Loving that I can actually hear things I have been missing most my life.
