Dr. Dandy is absolutely the best I have ever encountered in life.

Amazing health care provider. She looks at the whole person to find a satisfactorily solution and follows up on the plan. She has helped me in sickness and health. She is a very caring woman that is dedicated to her craft supporting her family and patients. We pray for her safety during COVID.

Horrible. Office staff acts like they are doing you a favor by being there. They don’t care at all about their patients. Will never return.

I was referred to this doctor by a colleague and gave her a try. I never was very impressed but decided to continue seeing her. The last few visits have been subpar by far having seen her PA instead of her was an even worse experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the PA with Dr. Dandy upon my next visit. Letting her know her PA did not fulfill my prescription and had not fulfilled medical needs from the last visit. Dr. Dandy got up and walked out while I was in mid sentence shaking her fist near her face. Very unprofessional I can only assume she was not interested in hearing my complaint. The office manager was then sent in to hear my unresolved issue. Meanwhile I never got any of the medical issues resolved. The clinic does ask for customer surveys which I have completed and not been contacted about them since. The office manager was very helpful and nice. And all the nurses I encountered were pleasant and wonderful. But I would not recommend anyone see Dr. Dandy.

Dr. Regina Dandy has been a wonderful doctor for our parent. She is patient and thorough and has been quite diligent in following through with additional services that we need. Our appointments are not rushed and I attribute my parent’s longevity to the awesome care she has given throughout the years under her care.

I enjoyed having Dr. Dandy at first but it seemed when they changed to Privia it all went downhill She no longer had time to spend with me seemed rush unfocused and ready to move on the next patient. The nurse had me do an unnecessary chest Xray that Dr. Dandy said I didnt even need Then I was moving and needed a medication refill and called on a Thursday and also on Friday and it never got filled until Tuesday and I told them several times I was moving out of state Unfortunately I would choose another Dr. if I had stayed in Richmond Hill

I have never met the lady wouldnt grace mw with her presence even by phone. I only dealt with her staff who deserves a bit fat zero

Dr. Dandy is the higher standard of health care. She is attentive knowledgeable and concentrated on wellness of the mind body and soul. Nothing is a standard physical check up she address all areas and makes informed decisionsrecommendations without the typical take two and rest approach. It was one of the reasons I moved to the area to be closer to her practice SUPER friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dandy for anyone who wants a doctor that goes the extra mile knowledgeable listens and concerned T.Lucky
