Dr Rebecca Sellers, my Primary Care Physician, is absolutely wonderful. She really listened to my concerns and was kind, compassionate and very thorough! She's the best Primary Care Physician I've had in over 10 years!! I'm very impressed with her!!

Just moved to the state and made appointment to start care as new patient. I am in my 40’s and a healthcare worker myself. This was the worse service I have had. The doctor did not listen, asked the same questions multiple times that I had answered. Had bad bed side manners and wouldn’t listen, I know my body, I know my health issues and medications that I have been on for decades.

I was in and out as a new patient within 45 minutes! No long waits. Everyone was incredibly friendly and Dr. Sellers was excellent!

I have had asthma all my life. I was diagnosed as a teenager. I called Dr.Dandy to get a copy of my records showing that I have asthma so that I could get the vaccination shot. I take singular, plus I have a rescue inhaler. The nurse informed me that they have no record of me having asthma. She said the singular is for allergies. I can say with certainty that singular is not for allergies, I have taken it for many years to help with bronchial spasms related to asthma. They wanted to know who diagnosed me with asthma. I don't know, I was a teenager living in another country. I don't go to the doctors that often because I am married to a physician. I did like Dr.Dandy the one and only time I met her, I've only seen PA's since, but I think I will need to find another PCP now. This is not the first issue we have had with South coast Health.

Good doctor but terrible staff. Can't get prescriptions refilled after many attempts to do so. Nobody will call you back.

Second time I’ve tried this clinic and it’s disappointing. The doctors won’t listen and honestly don’t have a clue on how to manage patients with certain ailments. So if your looking for a basic general practitioner for colds and yearly physicals look no further than this basic clinic where the front of the staff are rude and the doctors DON’T listen. They’d rather treat you like a number and not a patient. They do not listen and are a waste of time.

I am so grateful I finally found a real doctor! I love the facility, I love the staff from the wonderful ladies at the front to the lab and x ray technicians. They are all amazing people, truly friendly and caring. Dr. sellers is wonderful and really listens to you. For the first time since I moved here a year ago, I received all tests I needed right in the office and all my prescriptions filled right away! I love this place!

was referred to this doctor by a colleague and gave her a try. I never was very impressed, but decided to continue seeing her. The last few visits have been subpar by far, having seen her PA instead of her was an even worse experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the PA with Dr. Dandy upon my next visit. Letting her know her PA did not fulfill my prescription and had not fulfilled medical needs from the last visit. Dr. Dandy got up and walked out while I was in mid sentence shaking her fist near her face. Very unprofessional! I can only assume she was not interested in hearing my complaint. The office manager was then sent in to hear my unresolved issue. Meanwhile, I never got any of the medical issues resolved. The clinic does ask for customer surveys, which I have completed and not been contacted about them since. The office manager was very helpful and nice. And all the nurses I encountered were pleasant and wonderful. But I would not recommend anyone see Dr. Dandy.

Too impersonal, too corporate. Administration people and policies are only for profit. Rushed/no care of individuals. Just how many can they get in and out and most important to them Billed. I will be moving my health care to another, also have alerted my family and friends to do the same.
