I Love Dr. Adjei and his NP Patrick but that front office staff is awful. No return call back no sense of urgency . Customer service is down right horrible. More training is needed.

Dr Adjei is the most personable doctor I have ever seen. Impeccable bedside manner, he listens, and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He takes the time to explain your conditions and helps you understand what is going on medically

My experience with the girls up front has been great. It is alittle frustrating when you don't get an answer when you call, however, each time I've left a message they mostly Becca calls me back within the hour. Dr . Adjei has been a great doctor for me. He takes awhile to get to you but I feel when he sees his patients he likes to hear about they're day, and has a wonderful way of making bad news seem not so bad. I've been going to him for many years, and I see Dr Patrick if need be. There could be changes in all Dr. Offices . My only complaint is he forgets about calling in my meds. But he gets to them when he can. I'm grateful.

Front office is hard to get ahold of and can be curt over the phone however in person they’re great. I’ve only dealt w dr whitledge and he’s the best. Great doc, comfortable, friendly and very knowledgeable.
