There’s usually many areas to complain about when visiting any type of doctors office. Optim Ortho has been the exception The entire staff is friendly professional. Having the most kind hearted sweet and I have to say attractive FNP I have ever seen is also a plus Thanks for everything Paige

Probably one of the best doctors appointments of my life and Im 70 years old. I arrived about twenty minutes early waited less than ten minutes Robert the PA came in and asked a few questions then Dr Kolovich came in. I had never met him but such a delightful and knowledgeable man. Gave me an injection for my trigger finger and I was on my way within ten minutes after the official start time of my appointment. I couldnt be more pleased.

. I don’t usually leave feedback so I waited several hours and thought this through. Negative reviews very seldom invoke change and it’s usually petty stuff that is left but this bothered me because of how much we pay for each visit. This is a rather large organization in the Savannah area. They have money no doubt. These chairs are disgusting How much can new chairs for the lobby cost??? Family not allowed back due to COVID which is fine I get it but no WIFI for people waiting and the cell service in the lobby is hit and miss. Came in to check in my spouse and the front desk girl while very nice was on her phone scrolling. She looked up saw me said hi then continued to finish what she was doing. Maybe it was just before lunch and she was looking for food to eat but atleast stop and check him in. PT staff were amazing He is doing really well with everything. I would give a 5 star but the chairs and lack of WiFi for guests.

I love this place I went to see Lyle and he injected my knee less than a week later I was in excruciating and went back to Lyle and he put and injection in my knee. I cant say I feel any better but I go back on Monday and I know Dr Palmer and Lyle will get the right treatment for me. Because that is what Jesus and Optim Orthopedis does
