Following a trip to Expercare urgent care in Richmond Hill (which was an excellent experience, by the way) I took my mom, who was experiencing extreme dizziness, to the ER at the Expercare PA's recommendation. We went to the ER at St. Joseph's in Savannah. Dr. Mazur was the physician who treated my mom and I have to say he was so thorough, attentive, clear, and caring - yet fast and efficient at the same time! It is rare to encounter a doctor who can be all of those things. He even took the time to listen to her and then explain what was happening and why he was conducting the tests that he did; what he was looking for as well as what he was looking to rule out to my mom in a way that she could understand and without being dismissive or condescending in ANY way. We were amazed and are so very grateful. She doesn't get this kind of treatment often sadly. We appreciated Dr. Mazur and the other staff at both Expercare and St. Joe's so much. They really went above and beyond.
Was recently seen in a hospital under Dr Mazur's care. First doctir in a very long time greeting rhe patient, caring, professional. As an ER doctor,he is UNIQUE
Caring. Professional friendly staff and very attentive to your needs. Cannot express how thankful I am that y'all were there when I needed stitches and all the other times I have been here for work issues
Dr. Mazur is one of those one of a kind doctor, very knowledgeable, good patient relations, kind, caring, thorough and easy to talk to. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
Dr. Mazur threw water in my face while having his hands under the water facet after seeing a patient with Hep C, while I was on light duty with a hand/wrist brace on. When I asked him why would he do that, His assisting nurse told me "He did not mean any harm. Don't pay him any attention." I proceeded to ask the question again and he went into his office with no explanation.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
