Wesley D Ensley's Online Review Report Card

Dr Ensley is the most human kindest most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. I have a very complicated medical history that includes epilepsy traumatic brain injury and bipolar disorder to name a few. At my first appointment I let him know that I was out of three of my many meds and he assured me that he would have them transmitted to my pharmacy. When I got there one of the meds the one that keeps me from having seizures had not gotten through for whatever reason. The pharmacist told me that because this is a very new way to fill scripts that there is the occasional glitch. I left a message for Dr. Ensley after hours mind you and within the hour and by the time I went back to check it was filled and waiting for me.I have to say that whoever claims it took days to weeks to get even a response from his office staff is completely delusional. No way did that wonderful staff keep anyone hanging for that long. Just sayin’.

He is an excellent physician and puts both kids and adults at ease. His front desk nurse Cheyanne is awesome too. Theyre always willing to work with your scheduling and are enthusiastic about their work. I have three teens so its awesome to have one pc doc that can see them on the same day.

Dr. Ensley is very easy to talk to and offers great medical advice. The staff is always very friendly. So far a great experience.

I don’t know if anyone will read this or if it will even be responded to like the rest of my messages? I came to Dr. Ensley’s practice per a recommendation from one of my Dr.’s in Savannah where I have been a pt of since 2014. I came with great hope to find a good Dr. and a great practice that would be caring helpful empathetic and understanding of all my health concerns. I wanted a place that I could go to for help and would actually be helped? Unfortunately that has not happened. I have been trying since the end of November to just get my medication prescriptions straightened out to be filled in time and to save me some money as I am disabled and every penny counts. No one responded after 9 phone calls and 8 messages So you just let me run out of my meds for weeks. It took me six days just to get the office manager to call me back one time and she assured me she would get my meds info that I needed to the staff to be filled I am still waiting? I explained the reason I came to this practice was because I had been having issues getting my meds prescriptions sent in before I would run out. I’m going in for knee replacement surgery and I explained which meds I needed and where I needed them to be filled to be all straightened out before then but this has not happened at all? am a week away from surgery and have been feeling very sick but I did not feel confident enough to trust coming back to your office. Both of my pharmacy’s have questioned me about your practice because they have tried and tried and tried to get a response from someone and nobody responded Why it’s not that hard to send a quick message or make a quick call if you have questions or just to say you took care of it? It’s a shame to be treated like this from a medical facility that took a oath to do no harm? Why ? I will find another Dr’s office to help my health concerns and take care of me. I won’t be coming back.

Dr. Ensley is a very good doctor that listens well. Office staff friendly and efficient. I do recommend this office.
