This was supposed to be my second time going to Alliance. Last year I went for my back and had no issues. This time around I was evaluated and told when my insurance approved it they would call to setup my next appointment. I got an approval letter in the mail a couple weeks later but was never contacted. When I tried calling no one ever answered.

Alliance PT of Ringgold is such a wonderful facility to rehab in post surgery From the moment I walked in the staff has been friendly and atentive.

I have received excellent service from each person at the Alliance Ringgold GA location. Everyone who works there makes we feel like we are all friends. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Their knowledge is great they actually care about your pain and work through issues with the least amount of discomfort. All the staff is easy to work with and adjusted to my schedule instead of the normal be here or not attitude you find in so many places these days.

I just want to say that I am very pleased with the service that I am receiving at Alliance Physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always have a smile on their face and regardless of your age race or gender they are very inclusive and they always give you 100% of their time and effort They are very knowledgeable and can give you correct precise instructions on how to rehabilitate yourself properly. The facility is very clean and the machines and equipment are up to date. I feel that you would be very happy and get the most for your money here I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars..

After 6 sessions I could tell a difference. Tuesday I stood in the kitchen cutting corn off the cob then cooking it putting in bags to freeze and then worked in my garden for about an hour. Before Therapy I could not stand and work for more than 45 minutes without my back starting to hurt. I was in there 6 hours..Such a great relief. Thank you girls at Alliance Physical Therapy.

I have loved going to the Ringgold Alliance so much Heather was my therapist for the most part and it actually saddens my heart that my last session is Monday. I am going to miss y’all guys so much. Heather Carson Joy and Emily thank you for always making me feel welcome and cared about If I ever need therapy again I will come to y’all first and always
