No doubt Dr Hood is a brilliant Doctor and extremely knowledgeable. HOWEVER his staff is extremely rude and non responsive. My insurance company needed additional information to fill a prescription. I called and my insurance called for 2 months and could not get anyone to respond. Additionally because of a mix up with my appointment the RECEPTIONIST gave me my test results. Totally unacceptable. I am sad to say that I would not recommend this Doctor.

I thank him and his team at parkridge for their quick response and saving my life . Plus I didnt have any pain from the stents. Great job thank you

I have been seeing Dr. Hood since 2003 until date he is a wonderful Doctor and he explains everything so that I understand what is going in with my heart I follow directions and together we keep my heart working people tell me there are other drs but none are better than DR Hood So if you are in need of a heart doctor he is the best in the business

Dr. Hoods staff are unfriendly and hateful. Every encounter Ive had has been stressful. Last time I spoke with the office staff l was upset enough to have a heart attack. Im going to see someone else because its been that bad.

Dr. Good placed 5 stints in my heart in 2010 which I later found from other cardiologist were unnecessary. Medication would have solved the problem easily. Now 9 years later and thousands were f dollars later on medications and lost work I am about to have a bypass because of this less than adequate cardiologist. Laws protected him then and he continues to practice he basically changed my life for the worse for money and I know some day he will get what is coming to him. Oh I know this is slander would prefer to end his career if possible
