Dr Yates is a great guy, however to say he and his office seem overwhelmed is an understatement. After being referred to his office by my Phys. Dr. Yates office called to schedule me. When I arrived months later I was told that i didnt have a referral .... then why did you call and schedule me? The office visit was great but the before and after of the office visit is deplorable le. It literally takes weeks at times to get an answer to questions about your health. I was told my procedure was approved and then scheduled, then called the week of the procedure to be told it isn't approved and they're not sure what to do.... like they're looking to me for answers. Their entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Manton explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He has a very comforting and personal bedside manner. It took 6 weeks to get an initial appointment. I needed two tests. One was scheduled quickly while the other one has been scheduled two months out. Extremely dissatisfied with this kind of service (or not). So, I still won’t have answers to my issues until three months subsequent to my initial call. If you need help right away, don’t go here.

Rude staff and management. Arrogant providers who don’t respect patients time, rush through appointments, won’t answer questions. The only thing they care about is your money. Not only is staffing management rude they are completely incompetent. I would avoid this practice at all costs

Great group of doctors and staff!

Looking for de-humanizing and impersonal disorganized care- this is it. I am myself a physician and am embarrassed systems like this exist and empathize with non healthcare savvy patients who are left trying to navigate it. My procedure that was “scheduled” 7 weeks in advance was inexplicably left off the schedule and added on last minute once I, after days of trying to reach someone, reminded them of my procedure. Directions for day of procedure were poor and did not reflect reality. My spouse not allowed to enter, I had to wear a mask, take my temperature and sanitize...all of which I understand, but then the UPS guy walks in without a temp check, mask, or hand washing and walks straight back into the procedure area cajoling with staff while my spouse sits in the car. Hopefully the procedure itself will go well, but I was tempted to cancel the whole deal given my experience to this point. Seems like a great place to come if you’re the UPS guy though.

I had a endoscopy done today. To say that I was nervous and scared was a understatement. I cried. Like. A. Baby. They made me feel so comfortable and told me everything they were gonna do. All of a sudden I woke up in and was going home. Thankfully everything turned out good. I’m so thankful for Dr. Schmitt and her staff.
