Dr. Ireland is very caring and listens as well as gives advice about your health problems including your medication. He’s very observant about not mixing meds. We do have a wait for him but he is well worth it in our opinion. Thank you for your service.

My husband and myself have been patients of Dr. Ireland for many years and have nothing to say about him but good things. He is a kind and caring person who takes the time to listen to his patients and provides the best care possible. I wish there were more like him. Yes, we have been in the waiting room for quite a while many times but we knew that when we got to see Dr. Ireland he would provide us with the same courtesy and treatment as those we were waiting behind. That makes the difference. If awards were given by patients he would receive one from us!

While in the office, everyone is very helpful. HOWEVER, I have found it very difficult to get in touch with the nurse or get a call back.

My mother-in-law is a patient of Dr. Ireland. She is 90 years old and does not understand things well. Dr. Ireland used to sit and talk with her and explain things to her but she says the last few visits he does not hardly talk to her, nor answer her questions. Whenever there is necessary paperwork his staff are terrible in filing it. She waited weeks to get the necessary forms to receive a walker. She has had to sit up to five hours waiting to see Dr. Ireland.
