Tareck Kadrie's Online Review Report Card

Of all the Doctors and Specialists I see, Dr. Kadrie is hands-down my favorite doctor. He is the only one who seems to really listen to me. He never seems to be in a rush like some of my other doctors are. He has been a big help in dealing with my neuropathy, and it's a bonus to me that he also specializes in sleep medicine and can help me with my CPAP needs. Highly recommended.

My talks were great with the Doctor, but I'm a veteran, and the VA has a lot of beuracracy. He couldn't stick the process out with me, (the original paperwork wasn't even looked at by the VA) and I am currently close to a month from my deadline, and I cannot find a doctor who will help me with just an honest assessment. Dr. Kadrie at least tried.

My visit with him didn't go very well. I went to him for nerve damage and he kelp sending me for all kinds of tests that didn't have anything to do with nerve damage. 4000 dollars for a sleep study that was the kind of test he offers.

My son’s appointment was changed on the day of with little notice. He has had traumatic brain injury. He had an appointment at another therapy center in Chattanooga that was previously scheduled and could not get to Dr. Kadrie’s appointment for the earlier time. Super great doctor. Easy to work with, listens to patient, has great bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable! And his office and staff and amazing. Very little wait time, friendly and so sweet. I just love this office and doctor. They rock.

After years of headaches and neck troubles I was referred to Dr. Kadrie for a sleep study. I didn't have any sleep disorders, but he was determined to find the cause of my issues. He has since worked tirelessly to help me by coordinating tests and sending me to other specialists while also trying all the treatments in his arsenal. I have seen other neurologists who never treated me on this level. He is involved in my treatment to a level that I have never seen from another physician. He is very respectful and listens to his patients. He stays on schedule but never rushes out of the room during a visit, which tells me that he designs his day with enough time for each patient. As a result of his efforts I was found to have an issue in my neck. I recently had a surgery which will hopefully cure or at least lessen the damage. Recovering now. I cannot say enough positive things about him and recommend him to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Dr. Kadrie! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He takes time to listen to what is going on and makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment options. Unfortunately, it does take a long time to get your initial appointment, as is the case with most great doctors. As for the office staff, everyone has always been professional and kind. Phone calls are always returned quickly.

I was canceled bc I didn't have my sleep study at their facility. I scheduled my own sleep study somewhere else so I could have it done over the weekend to keep from missing work. I received a voicemail and called them back less than five minutes later and they had already given my appt away to another patient and tried to move me to a later apt. She put me back at my original appt time. I then got a call the next day to tell me that they spoke to the physician and that he doesn't like sleep studies at any other facilities so they canceled my appt totally. Very rude staff and incompetent. need some customer service skills. And he has two offices that DONT communicate with each other.

Dr. Kadrie may be great - I dont know. But his office staff is HORRIBLE and incompetent!! Tina is incredibly difficult to talk to - does not return calls, and does not follow up on requests from other doctors. It took over two months to process the referral to this doctors office where I had to follow up with 5 phone calls. After working for TWO months to get a time slot with Dr. Kadrie I was told he was booked for the Year and I would have to see another doctor. Total Waste of two month

Dr. Kadrie may be great - I dont know. But his office staff is HORRIBLE and incompetent!! Tina is incredibly difficult to talk to - does not return calls, and does not follow up on requests from other doctors. It took over two months to process the referral to this doctors office where I had to follow up with 5 phone calls. She was rude - did not follow through on what she said she would - and ultimately after working for TWO months to get a time slot with Dr. Kadrie I was told he was booked out for 11 months with no openings. I asked why I hadn't been told at any time in the last two months during the attempt to get in - that even upon getting in there are not time slots this year. And I was told that I Never said I wanted to see Kadrie (which is just blatantly untrue!). The doctor may be great - but you have to deal with the office to see him. After such an awful experience I am going to find another Doctor - the doc might not be as good - but if the office staff will treat me like a human being it would be better than this one!
