The TN Oncology Ringgold, GA office is amazing! Dr Vardhana and the entire crew are so positive and encouraging. Hearing you have cancer is hard enough. These amazing people help you to keep going through such a difficult diagnosis. I cannot say enough good stuff about the care I received. 💗 God is so good! Thank you! Also, Dr Ellis and the radiation staff are awesome!! I cannot say enough about the compassion they all have for their patients. Thank you!💗

Well, my first doctor whom I loved retired after my second appointment with him. Then I had two other doctors that didn't seem to know a thing about what I have. I'm now on the 4th doctor, Dr. Sutton, I really like him. I feel like I can talk with him about anything but, I'm not really sure yet if he knows much about what I have. I have been told by another specialist I have that not many doctors know about it. They have a answering machine now that I ABSOLUTELY HATE... They didn't call me back when I called Thursday so I don't know when my appointment is. When I've been there waiting I can't figure out why they need a answering machine. The only people that look like they are to busy to answer the phone is the doctor and his assistant nurse and the nurses back in the infusion or treatment room. The worse part is I really like the receptionist. She has helped me out a lot. GET RID OF THAT ANSWERING MACHINE. When I first started you always answered the phone. Out of all the specialist I have to see, Tennessee Oncology on Battlefield is the only one with a message machine.

Significant problems with administration and billing department….. My father is dying from a stage four cancer and he has spend last two weeks arguing with administration and billing department. He has spend about 20 hours a week talking to them in regards to meeting his out of pocket deductible. We have all the bills and and the receipts. Billing does not want to engage the insurance company to resolve the problem. Instead they are making him engage the insurance company to work the details out. Insurance company is telling us that we are in the right. A 70 year old man on chemo with stage four cancer. This is not how he is supposed to spending his time. Last two weeks have been horrible. No complaints with doctor. He has done a good job so far.
