I love this Dr. I have been going to him for yearssometimes u may have alittle wait because he makes his rounds at hospitalbut its worth every bit of your wait.Very good dr.

This Office is almost a joke. The wait time is over an hour and the receptionist at the first counter needs to retire because shes very forgetful......she forgot I gave her my insurance card and swore she didnt have it. I had to literally empty my purse and pockets to show them I dont have my card. Only when the clerk found it on her desk that they apologized. Then the same receptionist called me 3 weeks later to say she needed my insurance information again Now 2 months after my visit I get a bill They never even billed my insurance company and they have bogus charges on the bill Do yourself a favor and dont go to this office.

Dr Obiekwe is very pleasant professional knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to all my concerns. His office is never overcrowded and I get the personalized medical attention that every patient deserves. I would refer any of my family or friends to him for primary care illness prevention and treatment of internal medicine.

Dr. Obiekwe is a very knowledgeable physician with highly notable experience.   My visit with him was very pleasant and the office staff were very nice and respectful.  I will sincerely recommend the office to anyone in need of a primary care physician.

Great Doctor but extremely slow.  I checked in at 1130 for an 1145 appointment and although Ive gone from the waiting room to the actual back room to have my vitals taken Ive been back here an hour and have yet to see Dr Obiekwe A total of almost 5 hours waiting to see the Dr I could have gone to the emergency room and been seen quicker. I must find a good but faster Dr.

There are several problems with Atlanta Ropheka Medical Center.  First you make an appointment show up 15 minutes early to ensure compliance with the rules and every person who has walked in without an appointment prior to your arrival is seen first.  What is the purpose of having an appointment if you cant be seen even close to your appointment time.  Dr. Obiekwe is fantastic personable he listens the office staff however has no follow through.  Twice I have been referred out of office upon arrival to the referred specialist appointment I was turned away because Altanta Ropheka had not submitted the referral to my insurace company for approval.  When referred out for various testing you are not contacted by the staff of Atlanta Ropheka or Dr. Obiekwe with the test results you must contact the office and doctor multiple times before receiving your results. I have been on the same medication for 7 years and time and time again my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy with incorrect dosages.  I think the practice has just gotten too big for one doctor and I dont believe his staff really care about the patients.  Unfortunately he is the closest physician covered by my insurance so I am basically stuck with poor quality care.

Dr. Obiekwe is phenomenal I came here with my son and he was so personable and knowledgeable as well as very patient. If youre in the Atlanta area and are looking for a great family practitioner hes it I liked him so much now I bring my entire family here husband and kids. His staff is always wonderful and they really go the extra mile.
