A caring doctor who is very professional and compassionate for those of us who suffer from anxiety. Colonoscopy/Riverdale, GA

I had my first colonoscopy in Oct 2022 and didn't know what to expect. The staff at both the office for the initial visit and the day of the procedure were pleasant. I appreciated receiving the emails that allowed you to order all your prep and the frequent contact to make sure the prep was taken at the appropriate times. The procedure seemed to be quick.

FOR 30 SOME ODD YRS. HE WAS GREAT. THEN HE HIRED NEW PEOPLE, LIKE VICKIE BROWN NP AND HIS OLD HELP TAMMY. THEY GOT ME DISCHARGED FROM THE PRACTICE WITH LIES THAT HE BOUGHT. I REALLY THOUGHT HE WAS MORE INTELLIGENT, BUT HARVARD DOESN'T TEACH HOW TO FEEL PEOPLE OUT. I MERELY ASKED NP IF IT WERE TRUE THAT COLONOSCOPY APPARATUSES WERE NOT 100 PERCENT CLEAN DUE TO HOW THEY WERE MADE. IT WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS AND I WAS GOING TO GET ANOTHER ONE. WITH THAT SHE AND TAMMY TOLD DR. I SAID HE RAN A DIRTY PRACTICE. AFTER THIRTY SOME ODD YRS. HE BOUGHT THAT AND SENT ONE OF THE NASTIEST LETTERS I HAVE EVER READ. DON'T LET THE WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING FOOL YOU. THIS PRACTICE USED TO BE GREAT UNTIL IT GOT VICKIE NP . DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. IT'S ONLY CANDY COATED.

The staff was great. Very polite, professional and engaging the moment I walked in. Dr Lyons was very easy to talk to. Great bed side manners. I loved the fact that he encourages healthy eating, diet and exercise. He was very genuine, honest and listened to my concerns and that meant a lot.

Dr. Lyons is a caring and informative physician. He is always thorough explaining treatment options for your medical condition. His staff, from front desk to the nurse always are cheerful and render exceptional customer service. The office that you call to make appointments needs improvement.

Dr.Lyons is a very understanding compassionate caring doctor he gave me hope and positive motivation to keep going and doing better for myself I thank him for being naturally a good person I will be a long term patient !

Not my first visit with Dr. Lyons. Very professional. Listens and does not talk over you. Love his beside/exam table manner. Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect ! From the time I arrived until I left I experienced a positive vibe . Dr . Lyons explained everything calmly and told me what was going to happen my next appointment. Very friendly ! The nurse was very helpful and I enjoyed her vibe . The receptionist was very polite and HELPFUL ! I’m nervous for my upcoming procedure , but with Dr . Lyons there I think I’m in good hands !
