First visit today for prenatal care. Staff was kind and helpful. The woman who did my blood work was excellent! Barely felt a thing! Would recommend!
If 0 rating was an option I would definitely give them 0 just throw the whole clinic away
What's The Point Of Calling For An Appointment If It's NOT Going To Be Honored Or Rescheduled To Times That Do Not Suit Your Personal Schedule?? Not Only Is The Phone Ettiquite Completely Subpar And Terrible But The Genuine Lack Of Care Or Concern For Those On Hold Is Ridiculous. There HAS TO BE BETTER Options In This Area For Medical Care.
Lost my medical records, I was very nice went through my routine physical with a telemedicine follow up to get my high blood pressure numbers, cholesterol, fat in blood to get a temporary prescription so I could work. I was told to call over and get my blood work faxed over which I previously did, so the doctor could prescribe some meds, the front office was so incompetent and flirthing with handsome African American men in the office they handed me only fax numbers to fax them my request. I wasted an hour and half trying to find my records had to set up another appointment and could literally have a stroke in this heat with high numbers after being seen with no meds prescribed? Lawsuit waiting to happen.
I have been going to Southside Medical Center for about 4 years now. My Doctor is Awesome. She listen to everything that I have to say, she treats me like a queen. No matter what is going on in her day she makes every patient feel like they are her only patient, Doctor Shehu is no longer their so I must find another Doctor that can hopefully feel her shoes. The young ladies that work the front desk are noise and nasty, i have reported them several times. I prefer to not go back since my Doctor is no longer their. The Medical staff is good and they do take care of your needs if you are one of their patience.
Don't waste your time i was sitting in office for 2 hrs. Dr took someone who cane after me first.I left will never go back again. WE have to do better as a people! This doesn't happen in affluent areas if you know what I mean.
The staff does not care about the patients and it’s sad. It’s takes a long time to get an appointment and then they cancel them last minute. The ladies have nasty attitudes and act like they don’t want to be there. Tiffany and Shakera are the worst. I’ve tried to call and report them but of course no one has returned my call. If I knew that being an affordable medical center came with piss poor service , I would have declined.
TReally really real ly poor service. Was told they did not have a dr anyl onger as. My daughters dr left the service. Was sent to Forest Park an appt for 7:15 pm tonight. Go there only to have doors locked. Returned back to Riverdale office turns out appt was for Riverdale. Trying all week to get critical meds refilled. Sorry service no consideration for patient! They should close their doors or be made to close!
Great location. They are very punctual with time. I'm going to miss my Doctor shihu.
Took a very long time to be seen. About three hours with my 1yo daughter there. But once I was seen., Dr. Adams helped me with having Pelvic pain due to breaking it in a car accident. I didn’t think what he prescribe me was really going to help but it was exactly what I needed. I sleep better at night And overall life is easier. So it was a great experience

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
