I don't know why when you search for a doctor her name comes up when you need treatment for anxiety or panic attacks. She flat out told me she WILL NOT prescribe meds for this condition, she said she can but she chooses NOT too. Don't waste your money on her for a visit just to be referred to someone else.
I never actually got to talk to the doctor what I got was her answering service and I see now why she has so many bad reviews because they are horrible with how they treat patients or even potential patients!! my insurance told me to call her for treatment because she’s my PCP and she flat out refused to treat me in anyway because I wasn’t an established patient she had her answering service treat me unbelievably rude and nasty and basically told me they won’t help me!! This woman should have her license revoked.. should not be practicing medicine if she can’t treat her patients with a little more compassion.. If you don’t want to take on new patients that’s fine but there’s absolutely no reason to be ugly and rude about it and make a person feel worse!
this Doctor is the worst of worse she doesn't take any time with her patients get them in and out for that almighty dollar
Looking for Recommendations for a New Dr who actually listens and cares about your health . I had the worst experience Friday at Primary care in rockmart Dr Epanchin is the most rude and hateful person I've ever seen . I guess she fells to realize that I pay her to see me Not her paying me to come see her .
Avoid at all costs. Avoid the blood work girl too.
She is rude and thinks that she is God’s gift to medicine . She is not nice to her staff and doesn’t have a good bedside manner.
My rating says it all. She's a joke as a doctor in my opinion. Did hardly nothing to get my blood pressure under control even after two other doctors contacted her concerned about how high my BP was! I commented to her that it seemed she wasn't doing much to deal with my BP and a few days later I get a letter from her stating that I need to find another doctor. When I inquired as to why she was dropping me, I was told it was due to noncompliance. WHAT??? ME??? She was the one not doing anything
My visit with Dr. Epanchin was great. She was polite and listened well, and the office called me back with my test results the next day. Also, I told her I was quitting smoking so she wrote me a prescription for gum so I can use my HSA card to buy it. The wait at Floyd in Rockmart has always been short, and everyone there has been helpful. I switched to Floyd from Wellstar because their quality of service has fallen off.
I'm forced to give this doctor one star to take part in this satisfaction survey. In my experience she is more than willing to schedule any test the insurance company will pay for, however there is never any follow through to let her patient know the results of these test. Unless it includes the price of another office visit.
My husband is 68 years old. Last year while he was recovering from surgery for lung cancer on his right side, his main complaint was nerve pain on that side of his chest. He was never referred to a pain management doctor. Dr. Epanchin fired him as a patient because he complained about her lack of follow up on various test results. It is hard enough to find a good doctor when your healthy. For the last few days he has been suffering with pain on the other side of his chest (the left). He went in to the Urgent Care side of the practice, he was told that they could not treat him because of the issue with Dr. Epanchin. My husband has had 4 heart attacks and quintuple bypass surgery To refuse to see him is petty, unprofessional and dangerous

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
