Incorrect number on website. The number is for village theaters. Extremely difficult to contact a person in the office hospital personnel verbalized that they have problems contacting anyone.

My problem is trying to get my Andro Gel refilled. I spoke with Tina Dr. Jessie nurse on with Friday or Monday after my pharmacy inform me that the Doctor would have to give pre authorization to get my prescription refilled. The form from my pharmacy was faxed to Harbin Urology to get the pre authorization taken care of. I have called my insurance company every day to see if they had received the form which they have not received. I called the Harbin’s medical professional line today and was informed that the soonest they could send the pre authorization form to the insurance company would be Friday since she was the only one who new how to do it and had to answer the phone. I have never complained with anything Harbin has done for me and all of my Doctor are Harbin Doctors which I have been a extremely happy with their service. However this seems like it is taking a long time as I have been out of my medicine for over a week now and it could possibly be next week before I receive the medicine providing the insurance company approves. I am sorry to complain but felt Dr. Jessie should know. Johnie S King 07211947

Our experience with Dr.Jessie was awesome and very comforting in a scary time for my husband and I. He treated us like family and answered all our questions openly and honestly. Best bedside manner ever. Anyone who needs a urologist should definitely make an appointment with him and see for yourself 0

Dr. Jessie is a great doctor that cares about his patients. He is extremely easy to talk to and is straightforward. We feel confident in his care and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Worst experience in healthcare that I have ever had Dr. Jessie has very poor bedside manners. He never asked or would listen to my issues and completely wrote off my problem. Not to mention that I was never even assessed. I am astonished at the poor lack of care that he displays to his patients and would never trust him to take care of myself or anyone else that I know. Please choose a urologist that will listen and can actually pretend that they care.
