Dr. Hard is one of the best doctors Ive encountered in any specialty. He takes his time and doesnt rush through appointments he explains and educates patients about diagnoses and treatments and he is kind and compassionate.

ONE OF THE NICEST DOCTORS I HAVE MET IN A LONG TIME. HE HAS TIME LISTENS TO YOU ANSWERS QUESTIONS COMES UP WITH SOUND HEALTH ADVISE. THATS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR.

Did not like his bedside mannors. Told me I didnt have Neuropathy. 3 other Drs says I do. . I know how I feel. Tell the truth After my husband had cancer and has Neuropathy in his hands and feet he put him on Elavil . Which made him very depressed.

If you want to be treated with respect do not deal with any of the ladies in the front office Dr. Hard you need to take a look at how your staff is treating your patients I will be finding an office who cares about me and my needs. Seizures and stress kills people but it is quite obvious they dont care.

Had a follow up appointment for my father after his visit from the hospital and got turned away at the front desk because we were a few minutes late and the appointment is too soon. While my father is suffering from seizures 11 concussions and vertigo and not under any doctors care due to his move from Illinois 2 week ago. Which was the point for this appointment. OUR REFERRAL AND APPOINTMENT WAS EARLY ON PURPOSE AND THE DOCTOR OR DOCTORS NURSE IN THE BACK DECIDED TO OVERRIDE IT AND NEVER EVEN LET US THROUGH THE DOOR. Not to mention the next appointment was 6 weeks out. Do NOT go to this place.

I wouldnt recommend this Dr to anyone Ive been using Harbin Clinic for over 11 years .unfortunately my Dr decided to transfer so i was stuck with this Dr he comes in and immediately wants to change my meds that Ive been on for 11yrs and have been working great .So i ask him why change something if its working great? He says because i dont want to continue to give you the same meds .so needless to say im on the hunt for a new Dr .
