Ive been seeing her for three years for a retinal trench. She has been unfailingly communicative thoughtful and kind. Se sees me every four months and performs a complete exam. As a physician I am well pleased.

I had been going to Dr Modi for awhile when the numbing drops were not working in my eyes and I felt horrific pain when I got the injections. When I asked her about it and whether there was something else she could give me to numb my eye before the injection she told me That I was welcome to see one of her colleagues. It was apparent that she did not want me to questioning her about this I did as she requested and am seeing someone else.

Dr. Modi completely blew me off refused to see me again and attempted to trivialize my symptoms when I was in severe pain from an eye infection which turned out to be ocular herpes. Because I was not correctly diagnosed and properly treated for about 2 12 weeks after I saw Dr. Modi initially I was in agony for a longer period had to take more time off work and now have a scar on my cornea resulting in decreased visual acuity that I may not have if not for Dr. Modis actions.
