Dr. Thomas and Ginger have always treated us with kindness and respect, but today he went above and beyond. He walked us all the way out to our car just because my son wanted him to.

Dr J to me is not a good friendly doctor, me and my family had been going since Dr Bishoff was there, Dr J has no bed side manners and does not care about the patients true needs. He is quiet rude and very short with you and if you ask a lot of questions and concerns it gets rude and even shorter with you! I had a family member who had a disability and would get loud at times not on purpose due to the disability and Dr j sent a letter and discharged them as a hostile patient which in my view is total incorrect we had been with Floyd many years and never been treated with such disrespect as he had shown us! My family and I decided he was not a good fit and have moved on! I personally would not recommend him to anyone he let us down...

Dr. Thomas is always very conscientious of my time and I hardly ever have a wait. Also many times, I can get in to see him within a couple of hours. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Thomas is great. However his receptionist is rude and has caused me and my entire family to leave his practice. She refused to allow me to be seen for 3 days even though I was very sick and almost had a ruptured ear drum. I will never go back to this doctor.
