I cant even express the words for this Doctor. He has no concern for whatso ever on his patients or the families of the patients. No consult or concerns or anything before or after surgery. We are suppost to be able to TRUST. I cant get it out of my head that I let this doctor do surgery on my family.

I had a ruptured disc in my neck. Dr Cowan did the fusion. I woke up in less pain than I had over the past 9 months. I would do it again if needed. He prayed for us before he took me in the OR. My 80year old dad was so impressed he had his lumbar fused after my surgery. He too had woke up with less pain than he had in years

My appointment that I initially waited three months for realistically waited years for to speak to a specialist finally... got bumped to the next day in which caused chaos and waiting room time to be over the top. I have had a list of questions in my head and to finally get REAL answers I felt would be worth the wait. None of my questions was given a chance to be asked... Dr. Cowan spent MY time... my 45 dollar copay time... campaigning his run for Congress.. I tried to get a question out there as he was headed towards the door and it was if I was ridiculous to ask. Being herded in and out like cattle I sat for a few seconds shaking my head in disbelief. Another wait time outside the exam room to turn in a useless paper to someone behind a desk in which I did not wait. The whole time spent with this doctor was maybe five minutes. I want my money back for services not rendered. I wont be his patient and definitely wont be a voter for him.

Dr Cowan did my neck fusion surgery. I would 100% recommended him to anyone needing spinal surgery.

My First impression...arrogant No hello no introduction no wanting to know how I got to him or why I was there. The first thing out of his mouth was There is nothing surgically do for you I felt my jaw drop to the floor He spent approximately 5 minutes in the exam room referred me to pain management shook my hand and walked out the door He was Dr 8 since March of 2018. I had an MRI and xrays that were provided by Harbin system. I have been in pain since January of 2018. I was told I had an L4L5 disc protrusion Osteoporosis and DDD. My confidence in the medical profession is in the toilet I will not refer anyone to this Dr.
