So glad I picked Dr. Carroll to be my primary care provider. He is one of the best doctors at Harbin. He is a caring practitioner that helps you solve any problem you have.

Made an appointment as a new patient for a 4 pm time since I had hurt my knee. Eventhough I was in pain I was still scheduled a few weeks out and was told that was soonest available. When I arrived I was unsure of where to park or where in the building to go. It was pouring rain and no handicap parking was available or any close parking for that matter. When I finally got into the building I had to go all the way to the back and up the elevator. When I tried to check in the receptionist was incredibly rude because I was 15 min late. I apologized and told her I had no idea how bad the parking was or where the office was located to which she replied I should have been early and that Dr Carroll had probably already left. When I asked if I could reschedule then she said well he will probably never see you again because you are a no call and no show eventhough I wasn't a no show I was just a little bit late due to unknown circumstances and she refused to even reschedule my appointment. I had heard what a great doctor he was, but I guess I'll never know because his office receptionist is beyond rude. If you're ever going to be late, or handicapped, or have an injury then you might as well go elsewhere where you have a chance of being treated with some type of understanding and dignity.

Moved from Rome but continue to drive an hour back to Harbin Clinic. Dr. Carroll is very compassionate and understanding and listens to me closely. I trust my health in his care. And the staff is very kind, polite and efficient. I definitely recommend this professional clinic.

I’m so grateful that Dr. Carroll is my Doctor. I’m very thankful he has kept me. A few times a family member had some medical and emotional issues going on, Dr. CarrollWas helping her with. Well, When I feel the worst might be going on with me, or my family member, unfortunately I panic and am not exactly the best to talk with. I’m so grateful to have Dr Carroll, he is very intelligent, kind and so understanding. His staff is the best as well. We are blessed to have him as our Doctor. Dr. Carroll is the best. Thank you.

I am so lucky to have Dr. Carroll. I have some mental issues and every doctor I've been to has never taken me serious. He is so kind and compassionate and always explains what he is doing and why. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a doctor.

Dr. Carroll is the best. He is mine and my dad's family doctor. He is very understanding, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He always makes it simple and easy to understand. He cares for our health. He tries to prevent the problem and if there is a problem then he will give you the best solutions. I recommend him to everyone.
