I had severe cramping in my hand, pain in my arm, and elbow. I also had on and off nubness. The Dr was able to operate and get a nerve pinced in my elbow out, thus elevating most of the pain in my arm immediately. It had been pinced so long, plus he found another unique set of issues that NO ONE had even thought about. I have similar issues with the other arm, and I can't wait to see him miricals for it in the near future. Great Dr. he is. Staff is great too. Highly recommend because I was getting nowhere with Harbin for 2 +++years, and 1 visit at ROC changed all that!! Before hand contort pics added..

Dr. Paxten is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hand, wrist and upper extremity injuries or problems. My husband and I both have had surgery performed by Dr. Paxten with excellent results. He is patient with you, thoroughly explains your problem and treatment options in language you can easily understand (complete with drawings), and rarely keeps you waiting. He is personable, professional, and experienced. I can highly recommend him with utmost confidence.

I suffered a traumatic injury to my arm, incurring a compound open fracture, after a fall. I am a musician and use my left arm extensively. Dr. Paxten was the orthopedist on call the night I fell. After four hours of surgery, my arm was repaired. I have had a lot of physical therapy and am doing really well. I will be back playing my music as good as new very soon. If it weren't for Dr. Paxten and his surgical talent I don't know that I'd ever get back to my music or my normal routines again. He is a professional through and through and a very gifted doctor.
