Everyone was super friendly as always. Janesha always has a smile on her face and made the wait time go by quick with our conversations. Tina Wood always takes care of me and makes sure I am treated properly.

*Edited to say: dropped another star because I never received a phone call as stated. We won't be doing business with your company again. Very nice NP. Higher rating just for her. Front desk receptionist was not very helpful. I almost walked out because of her, and judging by the bill I received I really should have. I made an appt before showing up. She wanted me to complete the check in process on my phone by typing in my insurance info, etc. Once upon a time that was their job. I don't want to fight with technology while I am sick. The check in process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. Claim finally processed after more than 2 weeks and was charged $302 to check in house for strep which happened to be negative, mind you that is with insurance. Office visit alone was $255 with the strep test an additional $47. Visit was 15 mins with NP and at least 20 mins for check in and waiting to be seen. I received several texts/emails for a review. You got what you asked for. I would avoid this practice in the future due to their ridiculous charges. Hope this information helps someone!
