Stephen Finn's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Finn for 5 years now. He has always been patient understanding of my concerns. He listens to what I have to say. He makes sure to rule out everything serious before be gives you a diagnosis. Even when I was going to have my colonoscopy he was very kind caring as I was comoletely freaked out. I cannot say how much I appreciate how helpful he has been to me Him Julie truly make a great team at Harbin GI I even paid more to stay with the same insurance so I could keep him as my doctor I could never explain just how thankful I am

Dr Finn has been my doctor for 20 years. He is never hurried and listens to my concerns patiently. I have had Crohn’s greater than 40 years so through all that experience is am certain he is professional intelligent and caring. I am very thankful he is my doctor

While Dr. Finns medical expertise was sorely lacking his bedside manner was horrific. He was rude to the point of cruelness. Simple questions asked of him were responded to with harshness and ridicule as if he felt you were questioning his authority. His diagnostic skills were limited relying on test results that were questionable. Two way communication was not allowed due to his harshness. His diagnosis would have resulted in extensive surgery. A second opinion revealed a misdiagnosis

I have been a patient of his for years and until recently would have highly recommended him. At my last appointment he was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been talked to so rude by a doctor before until him. He was hateful. He needs to remind himself of the oath he took when he became a doctor and take himself off of his pedestal. I will never be back.

Finn is a little bit stuffy but seems to be a very professional doctor.

Horrible. Questioned me about why I saw so many doctors and what my problem was. I felt like I was being interrogated. Left his office before he could continue since he was more interested in why I doctor hop than my health. Well Mr. Finn its because you doctors have no answers for UC and you think you know everything. Zero stars. He doesnt listen. Just likes to hear himself.

Dr. Finn is a great doctor. I just feel he may be too busy. Sometimes he talks really fast at my appointment.

Dr. Finn and his staff and the anesthesiology group were very professional kind and compassionate before during and after my procedure to both me the patient as well as to my husband. They under promised but over delivered in service. Thank you

Over the last 2 years I have worked with 5 doctors in different areas of expertise regarding my elder fathers health. Some doctors are great but their staff are not. Patients dont get the benefit of a good doctor if the doctors staff is constantly dropping the ball. At Harbin Gastroenterology every single person in the office is professional and attentive and good at what they do. They respond quickly to questions. Laura the triage nurse got answers to our questions within 10 minutes of our calling. She was patient beyond belief in answering many questions. Merei the nurse practioner was thorough in her review of dads history and in her assessment of what needed to happen. Finn and Golden consult with one anotherso no ego gets in the way of making sure that the right thing is done for the patient. In the midst of many night marish experiences in other doctors offices over the last two years the care in Dr. Finns office was a respite. We have had every confidence in decisions made by his office.
