Dr Kelley has treated both of my daughters since birth. He seemed like an outstanding physician for the most part in the beginning. When my daughter was 15 months old she began to exhibit some unusual behavior head banging general frustration some loss of speech. Within 48 hours of the new behaviors developing I contacted Dr. Kelley and took my daughter in. I told Dr. Kelley that I feared my daughter was showing early signs of autism as I had worked with children with special needs in the past and was aware of the signs. He disregarded my concerns and explained to me that my child slamming her own head onto the ground multiple times a day was completely normal. I left feeling uneasy. Two weeks later I took my daughter back in to be seen. This time we were seen by an NP Melissa. At this point my daughter had lost all speech and most eye contact. My daughter knew 10 words previously and was speaking at the age of 6 months. I expressed my concerns to the nurse and was written off once more. I was told that my daughter was fine and she was likely just reverting back to infancy. I waited two more weeks before demanding to be seen again for a referral for an autism screening. Today 12202017 my 17 month old daughter was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. While I believe that Dr. Kelley and his staff are competent they lack the ability to genuinely listen to a parents concerns. At one point the parents concerns were the cornerstone of pediatric medicine. Not here. At this office you are treated as though you dont know anything about your own child. You are treated like a fool. The only person worth seeing in this office is an NP named Heather Hickman. She is wonderful and genuinely listens to every concern you have as a parent and she truly cares. I will never bring my child to this office to be seen again nor will I ever recommend that anyone take their child to be seen here. As for the other pediatricians in this office I have no opinion as we have only seen Todd Kelley.

Dr. Kelly care about his patient. Your concerns becomes his concerns.He get directly to the point goes beyond measure. Staffing are super nice.

Dr. Kelley is wonderful I recommend him to all my family and friends. He has been our sons pediatrician since birth. He and his staff go above and beyond and he has personally called us many times.
